It also includes one share of ownership in the LP Park Corporation. Taxes and maintenance fees combined total less than $1100 per year.
There is a nice deck off the camp with a large fireplace looking right out over Lake Pleasant and the mountains beyond. This well-maintained park has a large common area with a sandy beach, basketball, tether ball, horseshoes, volleyball and other outdoor activities. There are also picnic tables with umbrellas down by the beach and a designated swimming area for your enjoyment. You can even host a get together in the club house right on the beach.
