Alicia was my mother,best friend and we were the Corporate Brokers of the business.She passed away in 2004.Mom had been licensed in Syracuse prior to moving back to her home Town of Wells.She opened a office in our home on Griffin Rd. in 1982 Then I was licensed while the office was in our home so I could take office calls for the business.I became serious about it and started working side by side with my mother.We Incorporated and moved the office to 1330 Main St.Wells N.Y. in 1993 and 23 years later here I am. This is my full time job and I love working with people. We have a reputation for Honesty,fairly,and in good faith.We use reasonable skill and care in performance disclose all facts known to us about the property we sell.We have a history of bringing buyers and sellers together.The business is celebrating 30 years.

Barbara Tracy is an Associate Broker. She has been in real estate for 29 years, most of it with Alicia C. Miller Real Estate, Inc. She is a retired teacher, the former mayor of Speculator, and very active in the community. She is the president of Friends of Oak Mountain, Inc., a member of TWIGS, SPEC, Pleasant Riders, and Friends of Lake Pleasant Library. She loves the area and has been here on and off since 1964.

Born in Southern California and raised in West Glacier Montana, I came to the Adirondacks in 1996 to spend one summer getting to know the East Coast side of my family. I married a Hamilton County Deputy whom I met right here in Lake Pleasant.Sixteen years later, a husband and one little boy later, I am still here! Aside from helping people find and sell real estate, I also enjoy playing teaching golf and I participate with the Town of Lake Pleasant Youth Recreation Program teaching local children the basics of the sport. I like to keep busy in my spare time, so working part time in the summer at the Lake Pleasant Golf Course and year-a-round the Inn at Speculator keeps me going. I have been selling real estate since 2005 and I love it! There is something very special about understanding the needs of a buyer and seller and putting the two together. It is really wonderful to see a new buyer discovering the Adirondacks and all it has to offer, and sometimes very sad to see dear friends leave. My best advise to buyer and seller, is to go with your gut. Look for an agent you feel comfortable with. Jim has been an sales agent for 26 years for Alicia C. Miller Real Estate and is Alicia's son. He has a degree in Forestry and Land Surveying from Paul Smith's College and is a full time building contractor.He is also the assessor for Wells ,Hope ,and Benson

He has been a real estate salesperson with Alicia C. Miller real Estate Inc. for seven years. He has three children and five grandchildren. He has been a permanent resident of the Lake Pleasant – Speculator area for over fifty years. He worked as an Assessor and Building Inspector for the Town of Lake Pleasant for over sixteen years and Mayor and trustee for the Village of Speculator for six years. He is a volunteer fireman and a veteran of the Air Force

Faith Hart has been selling real estate in the Adirondack area for over 20 years. She has been with Alicia C. Miller Real Estate for most of that time. Faith is married to Ed Hart, pastor of Adirondack Bible Chapel in Piseco, NY. They have three grown children and nine grandchildren.
